Latest Delivery Information

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued support during this uncertain time.

As you may be aware there has been a rise in Covid cases around Leicester. In light of the new government restrictions put in place we have decided to stop all production effective immediately while we await new guidance from local authorities.

We expect to restart production within the next couple of weeks or as soon as it is confirmed it is safe to do so. Please keep checking back for latest updates which will be posted here.

Yet again this has been a tough decision but one that has been taken with our staff, suppliers and of course you, our customers in mind. While we are closed, we will be stepping up the cleansing of our premises and adding even more measures to ensure that we are as CoVid secure as possible for when we can restart production. This is a fast-moving situation, and we will continue to monitor and review our approach as it develops.

We know that a number of customers have outstanding orders with us and appreciate this will be frustrating, especially for those who have already seen delays with their orders. We can only apologise that we will not be able to fulfil these for the time being and hope that you can understand how the everchanging position and guidance has meant uncertainty on production and lead times. If you do have an order outstanding with us, we would like to reassure all customers that we are committed to getting these produced and delivered as soon as it is possible for us to resume production safely. We will also be continuing to take orders online ready for when we reopen our production facility however cannot provide a delivery time for these.

We would like to thank all customers for their patience so far however we do understand that some customers may not be able to wait and will need a refund. If you would like a refund on your order please email quoting your name and order number and we will get the payment for these returned to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process these. We would encourage customers if possible, to keep their orders open with us so that when we are working again, they can be made in the order we received them. We expect new orders after we restart production to be subject to a significant lead time.

We are working with limited staff who are working remotely and are experiencing a high volume of emails at the moment. We will endeavour to respond to all as quickly as we can.


This is a difficult and uncertain time for all. Our thoughts are with anyone affected by the Pandemic and those helping us to get through this challenging time.  They have our full support. We urge everyone to follow and respect the Government guidelines with regards to CoVid-19.

We are proud to manufacture all of our garments here in the UK. It means that we can produce each order individually, ensuring at each stage that our quality remains at its highest. This does mean however that there will be a few days between placing your order and us sending this out.

We sometimes keep our most popular items in stock and if your order is in stock we will dispatch this the same or very next day.  In most cases where the order has to be made, your order will go straight into production at our UK factory. Once your order has been hand-made and is ready, the delivery process is as important to us as any other. Nothing is more important to us than delivering our great value baby clothes in good time. We will continue to work with our trusted couriers until this is the case.

We aim to have all orders made and sent within 2-3 working days of placing an order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, lead times maybe longer. The current lead time is at the top of this page (we may get some orders out sooner than this)*. Should you need a delivery sooner than this time frame, please email us prior to placing an order or as soon as possible after placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Most deliveries are made using Recorded Mail Via Royal Mail or DPD Courier. Delivery is charged at a £7.00 on all UK mainland orders regardless of size. Occasionally for larger orders we may use a courier service however the delivery charge will remain the same.


*When specific fabrics or other materials are out of stock there maybe an extended lead time. We will of course keep you informed of any delays and do our best to keep these to a very minimum.
